Im Chief Engineer Lincense already but I’m only Associate in Marine Engineering graduate almost 20 years sea going experience gusto ko sanang taposin yung BS ko graduate ako ng 1984 pero meron na akong training na IMO course 6.09 at 3.12 saan school na nag offer na matapos ko yung BS kasi hindi ako makakuha ng Masteral Degree dahil nga hindi ako BS degree
