The Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Filipino (BSEd – Filipino) is a four-year degree program in the Philippines that will help you gain a better understanding of the Filipino language, especially its phonology, morphology, syntax, and semantics.

As a Filipino major, you will be taking the same professional education courses presented in the Bachelor of Secondary Education overview along with a couple of other subjects such as:

  • Ang Filipino sa Kurikulum ng Batayang Edukasyon
  • Istruktura ng Wikang Filipino
  • Paghahanda at Evalwasyon ng Kagamitang Panturo
  • Panitikan ng Rehiyon
  • Pagtuturo at Pagtataya sa Panitikan
