Why did you choose to take the course you did?
Because I’m managing a gym and it is the only TESDA course related to my business that I can study to gain additional skills and, eventually, a certificate.
What was the most interesting thing about the course?
The first aid lessons where we were taught how to take care of people who injured themselves while working out.
What are the things you learned from the course that have proven to be very useful in your work?
First aid techniques.
