  9. does this course includes a skill of networking like remoting, etc? is this course considered to be called like “TECHNICAL SUPPORT” or “HELPDESK SUPPORT”? thank you.

    • Hi, Bevie!

      Thanks for visiting our site.

“Installing computer systems and networks” is included in the list of skills that you will learn from taking the course, so we guess that means yes.

In some ways, yes. Troubleshooting hardware issues is just a part of the job of a Technical Support Representative, though. Depending on job specifications, a TSR might also be required to handle software issues.

      🙂

      • thank you for your feedback. the reason i want to enroll this course is to learn the “technical support” stuff and to improve my skills in computers since it is in demand in call center industry. im hoping that taking this course could satisfy my expectations.

        • Hi, Bevie!

          Thanks for coming back.

You’re welcome. If it helps, there are some call centers that hire TSRs that have no background in IT because they train the TSRs themselves, especially since they will be handling specific products or services. Of course, having a background in IT helps, but you might want to check out companies like the ones we mentioned to widen your options.

          Good luck!

          🙂
