Jewelry Making NC III in the Philippines
Jewelry Making NC III is a short TESDA course in the Philippines that will train you in creating jewelry using precious gems or metals like gold, silver, and diamond.
Some examples of skills that you will acquire from enrolling in this course include:
- Observing procedures, specifications and manuals of instructions
- Performing mensurations and calculations
- Managing own performance
- Applying quality standards
- Applying basic first-aid
- Fabricating multi-parts jewelry
- Fabricating complex and intricately designed jewelry
- Performing stone setting activities
- Performing jewelry metal casting
- Producing jewelry wax model
- Engraving jewelry
Course Duration
Jewelry Making NC III takes a minimum of 1964 hours to complete.
Admission Requirements
Basic requirements for this TESDA course include:
- Copy of NSO Birth Certificate
- Highschool or College Diploma
- Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records or Form 137
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- 1×1 and/or 2×2 Pictures
Prerequisite
Some Technical Vocational Institutions (TVIs) may require you to complete Jewelry Making NC II before being allowed to take Jewelry Making NC III.

Qualified graduates of Jewelry Making NC III can find employment as any of the following:
- Multi-parts Jewelry Fabricator
- Stone Setter
- Metal Caster
- Wax Modeler
- Jewelry Engraver
- Jewelry Maker
Competency Assessment and Certification
Students enrolled in the Jewelry Making NC III course may be required to undergo a Competency Assessment before graduation.
