Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation – Lucena City, also known as MSEUF – Lucena, is the flagship campus of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation.Established in 1947 under the name Luzonian Colleges, MSEUF started with associate programs in Liberal arts until it was given permission to offer education programs later in the year and commerce-related programs two years later.It officially attained university status in 1968 and has since included a wider variety of undergraduate, graduate, and vocational programs in its list of academic programs.

Entrance ExaminationExamination Schedule:Mondays to Fridays8:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 1:00PM to 5:00PMOffice of Student AffairsExamination Requirements:Before taking the exam, ALL applicants shall submit the following:

  • Properly accomplished application form
  • Two (2) copies of passport size photo with name tag (surname followed by given name)
  • One (1) long brown envelope

Before getting the result, the applicant shall complete the necessary requirements:

Incoming Freshmen

  • Photocopy of high school card (Form 138)
  • Photocopy of birth certificate
  • Photocopy of certificate of good moral character
  • NCAE (National Career Assessment Examination)

Transfer Students

  • Photocopy of grades/transcript of records
  • Photocopy of honorable dismissal/transfer credentials
  • Photocopy of birth certificate

Cross-enrollees

  • Photocopy of permit to cross enroll from the Registrar of the school he/she is regularly enrolled
  • Photocopy of certificate of good moral character

Second Course Enrollees

  • Photocopy of transcript of records/evaluation
  • Photocopy of birth certificate

Re-entry
