Microfinance Technology NC IV in the Philippines



Microfinance Technology NC IV is a short TESDA course in the Philippines that will train you in interacting with loan officers, clients, and other stakeholders in providing microfinance products and services for start-up/expansion of a small or micro enterprise.

Some examples of skills that you will acquire from enrolling in this course include:

  • Providing Quality Customer Service
  • Complying with Quality and Ethical Standards
  • Performing Computer Operations
  • Supervising MFI Loan Officers
  • Overseeing Implementation of Microfinance Products and Services
  • Monitoring Progress of Workplan Implementation
  • Evaluating and Supporting Staff Performance

 

Course Duration

Microfinance Technology NC IV takes a minimum of  357 hours to complete plus an additional 528 hours of On-the-Job Training.

 

Admission Requirements

Common requirements for TESDA courses include:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate authenticated by NSO
  • Copy of High school or College Diploma
  • Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records
  • 1×1 Pictures
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character

Requirements, however, may vary depending on the institution you are going to enroll at, so we strongly suggest you get in touch with the school or training center’s official representatives for more accurate and detailed information.

 

Prerequisite

Some TESDA-accredited institutions may require you to complete Microfinance Technology NC II before being allowed to take Microfinance Technology NC IV.

Qualified graduates of  Microfinance Technology NC IV can find employment as any of the following:

  • Supervising Microfinance Loan Officer
  • Microfinance Supervisor
  • Microfinance Team Leader

 

Competency Assessment and Certification

Students enrolled in the Microfinance Technology course may be required to undergo a Competency Assessment before graduation.
