Pangasinan State University – San Carlos Campus



Pangasinan State University San Carlos Campus (PSU San Carlos) was among the first campuses established in the PSU System by virtue of Presidential Decree No. 1497 which was promulgated on June 11, 1978. It started as the College Department of the Speaker Eugenio Perez National Agricultural School (SEPNAS). In 1979, it was integrated in the PSU System as a College of Agriculture.
