The Pangasinan State University, commonly known as PSU, is a state university in the Philippines and was founded through the virtue of Presidential Decree 1497 on July 1, 1979. It has an open university system and nine campuses located at different parts of Pangasinan with its main campus located in Lingayen, Pangasinan. The University provides advanced education in the arts, agricultural and natural sciences as well as in technological and professional fields.
