Beauty Care NC II in the Philippines



Beauty Care NC II is a short TESDA course that will train you in performing a wide array of beauty care services.

Some examples of core competencies that you will acquire from enrolling in this course include:

  • Performing manicure and pedicure
  • Performing hand spa
  • Performing hand spa
  • Performing body scrub
  • Performing facial treatment
  • Performing foot spa
  • Applying facial make-up

Course Duration

Beauty Care NC II takes a minimum of 1098 hours to complete.

Admission Requirements

Basic requirements for this TESDA course include:

  • Copy of NSO Birth Certificate
  • Highschool or College Diploma
  • Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records or Form 137
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • 1×1 and/or 2×2 Pictures

Careers

Qualified graduates of Beauty Care NC II can find employment as a junior beautician.

Competency Assessment and Certification

Students enrolled in the Beauty Care NC II course may be required to undergo a Competency Assessment before graduation. A National Certificate (NC II) will be issued to students who passed this assessment. You can find more information on assessments and certifications at the official website of TESDA.

    Hi po ask ko lng po kung recognize nyo po ba ung cert.ng kahit anong tech. Schl ng cosmetology kahit dpo po cya tesda accridited?? after ko po mag aral ng cosmetology pwede na po ba ako kumuha ng assesment from tesda ung Nc11 ???

      Hi, Mar!

      According to the TESDA official we spoke with, enrolling in TESDA classes is optional. If you’re confident that you already have the knowledge and skills you’ll need, you can go ahead and take the exam immediately.

      We’re not sure if all TESDA offices implement the same rule, though, so you might still want to contact the office nearest your place to be sure.

      Hi Jinky,

      It will probably be difficult for instructors to assess your progress in an online facial massage course, so I’m not sure if there are any offered with credits.
      If the certificate is or credits are not required and you really want to learn, then there are many free tutorials that you can find online.
      Otherwise, I suggest you visit TESDA schools in your area.

    paano po nagraduate ako sa lorraine technical school sa guagua nbigay po sakin ung diploma ko na hair dressing at beauty care pero nung kunin ko ung ncii certificate ko hair dressing lang po nakuha ko kc un lang daw inassest ng school ..paano po ako makakakuha ng beuty care certificate mag aasesstment po ba ako ulit pumasa na ako dun…panibagong bayad po nanaman?????
