CNC Milling Machine Operation NC II in the Philippines



CNC Milling Machine Operation NC II is a short TESDA course in the Philippines that will train you in performing basic CNC milling machine operations.

Some examples of skills that you will acquire from enrolling in this course include:

  • Selecting and cutting workshop materials
  • Performing shop computations (Basic)
  • Measuring workpiece (Basic)
  • Performing shop computations (Intermediate)

  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Writing basic CNC milling machine program
  • Setting-up CNC milling machine, workpiece and cutting tools
  • Performing basic CNC milling machine operations

Course Duration

CNC Milling Machine Operation NC II takes a minimum of 236 hours to complete.

Admission Requirements

Basic requirements for this TESDA course include:

  • Copy of NSO Birth Certificate
  • Highschool or College Diploma
  • Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records or Form 137
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • 1×1 and/or 2×2 Pictures

Careers

Qualified graduates of  CNC Milling Machine Operation NC II can find employment as a CNC milling machine operator (basic).

Competency Assessment and Certification
Students enrolled in the CNC Milling Machine Operation NC II course may be required to undergo a Competency Assessment before graduation.     i am very interested in a cnc lathe machine training. i have almost three years experience in lathe machining. And i decide to finished my bachelors degree as a computer engineering…Now that i finished my study i want to pursue on cnc lathe training..The problem is i dont know the training center near dumaguete…Please let me know where am i going to enrolled…

    Im also interested on the said course and I keep on wearching for a school that offers basic training for cnc and luckily I found 1 school but im that so sure if its accredited with tesda and im still having second thought if I could try to enroll..plrase visit mfi in ortigas…

      • We went to Los banos..but they do not have and dont know where to take the course (cnc lathe machine operation) kakalungkot lang kasi nag pPOST ang tesda ng ganittong courses that do not exist. marami pa namang gusto matuto kasi indemand sa abroad.

          We’re sorry to hear that…

          From what we know, technical vocational institutions are regularly assessed by TESDA to determine if they meet the standards expected from them, so it’s possible that the lack of training centers means no training centers have passed the accreditation for a given period. That’s just our guess, though. We’re not really sure about that.

          We’re with you in wishing that these courses will soon be offered all over the country, though.
