Open to all students from public and ESC (Education Service Contracting) grantee schools who have completed Grade 10 by March 2017, the program will award varying amounts of subsidies to qualified applicants ranging from 8,750 PHP to 22,500 PHP per year — depending on the type of school they graduated from and the area where the senior high school they intend to enroll at is located.

Valid for use at thousands of private and state high schools, colleges, universities, and technical-vocational schools across the country, the voucher was designed to provide students more freedom in choosing the program and institution that match their career plans best with a wide array of programs like ABM (Accountancy, Business, Management), HUMSS (Humanities and Social Sciences), STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), and GAS (General Academic Strand) to choose from.

Students interested in applying for the voucher program may either apply through the Online Voucher Application Portal (OVAP) or by sending the required documents at the office of the Private Education Assistance Committee National Secretariat.

Deadline for the submission of application and required documents will be on February 10, 2017 for the online application and January 13, 2017 for the manual application. Results will be released between April – June 2017.
