I’ve always wanted to study hotel and restaurant management.

What was the most interesting thing about the course?

Being able to cook something that you really want and worked hard to learn.

Experimenting with different food. 

 

What advice can you give to incoming students who are thinking of taking the same course you did?

Pursue whatever course would make you happy.

Yes, because I really love cooking.
