A caregiver is a person who takes care and attend to the needs of an elderly or a disabled person, even infants, in a private home care, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities.

What course do I need to take to become a caregiver.

Different employers may require different courses or degrees for those interested in becoming a caregiver. Common courses/degrees that may help you get a caregiving job include:

  • Practical Nursing
  • Health Aide
  • Associate in Health Science Education

  1. Hi! I graduated caregiver course po last 2012, but I wasn’t able po to take the NCII test. OFW po ako and would like to know po what’s best to do para makapag exam po ako now. Thanks a lot.
