I just passed Last year’s ALS EXAM and my SS score was 101 and my essay’s 4.Am i qualified?i keep on searching but there’s no complete proof if I can take an exam next school year or not. I’m dying to go in college but still I can’t assure things over.

We think so. The Polytechnic University of the Philippines System require prospective students who want to take their entrance exam to be “An Alternative Learning System Accreditation & Equivalency (ALS A & E) Test for Secondary Level passer, eligible for admission to college and has 100 or higher Standard Score (SS) and an essay writing proficiency level of 2 or higher”

We don’t have much information regarding the tuition fees of the different schools in the Philippines, but as far as we know, Technological University of the Philippines, Philippine Normal University, and Eulogio Amang Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology have comparatively lower tuition fees than other colleges and universities. 🙂

Also, if you can’t get in at PUP, there are still other state colleges and universities with affordable tuition fees although they might be a bit higher compared to PUP’s.
