Why did you choose to take the course you did?
I like this course because they do not require applicants to have previous experience in working in the call center industry as long as you are a fast learner.
What was the most interesting thing about the course?
The most interesting thing about this course is learning about different types of customers.
What advice can you give to incoming students who are thinking of taking the same course you did?
All I can say is if you love doing something, you will be good at it, so go for it! 🙂
What are the things that you learned from the course that have proven to be very useful in your work?
Dealing with different nationalities with different personalities. Also, being more patient with people and always looking at the brighter side of things.
Do you think you chose the right course?
Well, it worked for me; but different people may have different experiences, so I can’t really speak for them.
