Qualifications:

• Graduates of public high schools in:
  • NCR
  • Batangas
  • Pampanga
  • Benguet
  • Pangasinan
  • Bulacan
  • Quezon
  • Camarines Sur
  • Rizal
  • Cavite
  • Tarlac
  • Laguna
  • Zambales
  • Cebu
  • Negros Occidental
  • Iloilo
  • Mindanao
  • Davao del Sur
  • Misamis Oriental
  • South Cotobato
• Those with total household income of at most P150,000 per year
• Fourth-year high school students with a weighted average grade of at least 88% in the second or third grading period.

Benefits:

• Full tuition fee subsidy
• Stipend worth P 2,000.00 per month
• Potential part-time job at SM stores with pay

Application Procedure:

• Completely fill out the SM College Scholarship Application form.
• Attach a clear photocopy of F138 or 4th year High School Report Card with the Second or Third Grading period’s weighted average.
• Attach a photocopy of 2011 Income Tax Return (ITR) or Certificate of Non-filing of Income.
• Attach Certificate of passing the entrance test in school of choice (if available)
• Submit the filled out application form and all required documents to the Customer Service Counters of SM Supermall, SM Department Store, SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket and Save More
• Qualified applicants will be notified (through telephone call/ SMS message) as to their schedule of interview and IQ test.

ONLY FILLED OUT APPLICATION FORMS ACCOMPANIED BY ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WILL BE PROCESSED.
