Hi, Grace!
Thanks for visiting our site.
From what we know, basic photography workshops are conducted in UP every now and then; however, we haven’t heard or read of any programs majoring in Photography. That’s just from what we know, though, so you might still want to check with UP officials themselves to be sure.
🙂

Hi, Julius!
Thanks for visiting our site.
From what we know, training centers that are directly managed by TESDA offer free courses to a limited and select number of students. We have no available information on which particular courses they offer on which training center, though, so it will be best if you ‘ll contact TESDA directly so they can give you a more accurate and detailed response.

While you’re at it, you might also want to browse the list of schools/training centers authorized to offer this course. You might find one near your place then you could probably call them up to check if they offer free classes.
