Why did you choose to take the course you did?

I want to communicate with people who check in the hotel.

 

What was the most interesting thing about the course?

It taught me how to serve guests well. It also has a good reputation.

 

What kind of activities did you do in your major subjects?

Role plays. We receive a reservation call then we confirm the details with the guest after everything has been finalized. We also welcome the guest during their check-in time.

 

What advice can you give to incoming students who are thinking of taking the same course you did?

Grab the opportunity to learn lots of things while you’re still in training.

 

What are the things that you learned from the course that have proven to be very useful in your work?

Improving my communication skills.
