Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina (PLMAR)
Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina, commonly known as PLMAR, is a locally-funded university that caters to students from low-income families, especially those that reside in the city.
Established in 2003, the university started with a modest 1, 800 enrollees until the addition of m0re academic programs and vocational courses started attracting more students to the university.
